OCC LIP TAR

Hello; again, it's been too long since I've written on here. I moved again, relocated states and flipped my life upside down. On top of that, my camera and my computer have gone bonkers. But let me just say that New Jersey and New York have the best beauty supply stores. I have lived here before, but everything is bright again; every corner there is a beauty supply store or even the Duane Reade's have amazing makeup options: NYX, Pop, the Balm, Prestige, etc. etc. ....I am really in heaven. My first beauty supply purchase were these 2 lip tars from the Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics store located on Ludlow. I bought them in "Banjee" ( lower, left pic) and in "Traffic" ( lower right pic). They are very pigmented, and even though I slightly edited the pics, the colors are very true to real life. I love crazy colors and I am in the right place to look like a cartoon. You can also mix the colors together to create new ones. They have several gorgeous colors, I just purchased 2 this time, but will be back.
And I miss my cat, Nikki. :( See you next time.  XOXO, BUNNY WITH THE CAKE FROSTING LIPS

GAGE IN DRAG

My cousin Gage in drag. Isn't he gorgeous? ;) We contoured the sh$t
out of his face and layered and slathered gobs of makeup on him. I got
to try the wig on; check me out, I'm somewhere in here.
XOXO, Bunny

MARCH HAUL

I wanted to do a haul of my favorite cosmetic products that I've purchased this far in March. I have nothing but good things to say about the following:
In the very top photo in this post, I took a picture of the products: Coastal Scents Blush Too Palette ( which they shipped with an I LOVE MAKEUP sticker and a green shadow mini quad palette which I put on my eyes) , Ben Nye Banana Powder, and Makeup Geek shadow pans in Cocoa Bear and Moondust. I'm IN LOVE with the Coastal Scents blush palette; the colors are crazy and fun and they actually SHOW on my cheeks. Just look at the swatches of them on my arm in the above photo! I'm so tired of blushes doing NOTHING on my face. Going on...yes, I joined the Kim Kardashian train and bough the Banana Powder. I know its meant for more medium skin tones, but I just wanted it to say I have it. I purchased it on Camera Ready Cosmetics website and I do really like it. ( It's also on my face in the pictures). Going on to Makeup Geek shadows: beautiful. The prices are very reasonable and the texture is smooth, the colors are pretty. :) I adore Makeup Geek.
Ya'll be good and be safe.

It has been a very long time since I have posted anything. :)
I can explain: winter. It's the most depressing time of the year and
all I do is eat, feel sorry for myself and feel blue. Here is a
blue makeup theme to express these emotions. I even have a zit on
my cheek. :(  Boohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

NO PAVO, POR FAVOR

On Thanksgiving day, I was at my Ma's house; I did not eat the turkey but I ate the kale and bread
stuffing and stuck my finger in the cake frosting a lot. I did the dishes all of the time so I did not
have to watch football on tv. Ma and I soft scrubbed everything but the dog and baked and cooked
and washed more dishes. I thought about having a cigarette but just said no. The Chanel bag in the
bottom picture is courtesy of my step-brothers wife, who will always provide great fashion props
for photos, she just does not know it yet and I hope she does not find out because she will be mad.
I'm sorry if you find this, but I really loved your Chanel purse. This morning, Mr. Chips ate the rest
of the turkey left outside overnight and hid so we could not find him. Anyway, if I am to be
grateful, I am really grateful that I got to take a picture with a real Chanel purse, my health, my
care-free spirit, laughter, and reading magazines all day today in the bed- alone. XOXO, Bunny

DO I HAVE ENOUGH EYESHADOW?

The answer is no. I am an eyeshadow collector and I have palettes from almost 10 years ago- no joke. I don't use the oldies, but I have them because of certain memories that pertain to them, just as a piece of clothing will spark an emotion from something you remember. I have a purple mac eyeshadow palette from 2004. I can't let go of it. I wore it on my first trip to NYC. Some are gifts, others are from my own cash and I'm NOT STOPPING. XOXO, Bunny

SHARUKH KHAN AND LADY GAGA?

VERSACE FLASHBACK

I finished reading Deborah Ball's biography "House of Versace" and fell in love with the crazy Donatella and Gianni; crazy uprise of an empire, but I could relate to Donatella's jaw-dropping shopping impulse most of all. So I was looking through Versace ad campaigns over various years and thought these SS 99 ads were very theatrical. They are sort of like Hitchcock movies through Picasso or Matisse's eyes? HELLO GOODBYE TORONTO

I had a fast and furious weekend trip to see one of my besties, Jane. I stayed with her and her boyfriend, Adam, who I was so thankful for for letting me crash at their place. Jane showed me around on Saturday; endless walking and talking, delicious food ( Clam juice mixed with alcohol anyone? :) ) at at restaurant called Joy Bistro on Queen Street ( shout out to waiter DARCY),  and finally, back to her home to watch movies with Adam. We watched "searching for a friend for the end of the world" which we thought would be an offbeat comedy, but Jane and I were crying our eyes out at the end. To cheer us up, the lovely Adam ( very cool guy who knows just as many quotes of the Trailer Park Boys as me and Gaston!) put in Talladega Nights. It was sad to leave, but my eyes got a nice break from the daily poopoo of life in the states. Also, everyone was polite, chill and friendly. I'll be back, Toronto! XOXO, Bunny Ontario
